We strive to create a home that fits our clients taste as well as fits within the surrounding neighborhood. However, not many of us want a home that is a cookie cutter and looks like every other home on the block. Our niche is creating a custom one of a kind look that sets our homes apart from the rest. There is an art to adding character to a home without being over the top. Any new home builder can throw money at amenities and make a home look nice. At Hill Development, we add value by adding creativity that doesn't necessarily have to cost a bunch of money. Each home is different and unique as are each home owner. We are always mindful of our client's tastes while offering our own professional opinion.
Each home is a work of art and we would be honored to build your next home. My name and reputation are very important so we take each new home building project very seriously.

- Where do you build?
I live in Hurricane Lake Estates and consider that my primary area. I have also built several new homes in Challain and Sezanne Court neighborhoods of Chenal, HLE, and River Ridge Estates. Our primary area is the Little Rock Metro area in order to remain close to all construction sites and to remain accessible to our clients.
From a quality control standpoint and in fairness to all my clients, I do not like to have myself spread out to far and create long drive times between jobs. 40 minutes from Benton is just about all that is justifiable, but still includes Hot Springs Village, Hot Springs, Chenal, NLR, Jacksonville and all of Saline County.
